Co-creating the future, together
The COVID-19 pandemic may have forced us all to stay indoors, but it didn't lock down our ability to adapt and innovate.
To survive the pandemic, Reed, like many, had to go through the pain barrier and be agile. First, 40,000 calls had to be redirected to staff mobiles, then they had to lose 1,200 workers. After winning Restart and COVID testing contracts from the government, they then had to hire over 4000 people.
In this session, hear from Sean Whetstone, Reed's Head of Infrastructure and Security, on how the UK's largest family-run recruiter turned to Gamma to increase bandwidth for their now-remote workforce
Watch Sean's session now, and discover:
- How Reed reconfigured and rebuilt their business model during the pandemic
- The importance of trusting employees and suppliers to meet expectations
- Why businesses have to be brave to remain competitive and survive
We hope you come away with plenty of insights that can help your business thrive!
